All directory plan, listing, profile-enhancement, and featured-placement purchases are final and nonrefundable because access, review, publication preparation, and digital services begin promptly after purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Independent event and vendor payments
Hosts and vendors independently set their deposits, cancellation, transfer, postponement, weather, and deliverable terms. Review the host or vendor agreement before payment; StyledShootDirectory does not promise or administer returns for external transactions.
Payment disputes
Stripe and PayPal may provide dispute processes under their own terms. A processor dispute does not change the directory’s final-sale policy or replace preserving contracts, messages, receipts, and evidence.
Billing errors
If a directory charge is duplicated or unauthorized, contact us promptly with the transaction identifier so we can investigate and provide any remedy required by law.
