StyledShootDirectory
Terms of use
Last updated August 13, 2026These terms govern access to StyledShootDirectory and its marketplace tools.Marketplace role
StyledShootDirectory provides discovery, advertising, communication, upload, and payment-related tools. Unless expressly stated, we are not the event producer, employer, agent, insurer, venue, contracting vendor, or party to transactions between users.
User responsibilities
Provide accurate information, keep links and availability current, obtain necessary permissions and releases, comply with laws and platform rules, respect intellectual property and privacy, and use written agreements appropriate to the engagement.
Listings and moderation
We may review, edit, reject, suspend, label, reorder, or remove content that is incomplete, misleading, unsafe, unlawful, discriminatory, infringing, off-topic, or harmful. Verification labels are limited checks, not guarantees.
Payments, ticketing, and fees
Displayed fees are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Stripe or PayPal processes marketplace payments. For tickets purchased through StyledShootDirectory, the platform retains 1.5% of gross ticket sales and routes the remaining ticket amount to the connected host account, subject to processor fees, disputes, taxes, reserves, and adjustments. Hosts using their own external payment link pay no per-ticket percentage to StyledShootDirectory; that transaction is entirely between buyer and host. Annual vendor directory plans and per-event styled-shoot listing fees are separate products. Event listing fees publish one event and do not purchase attendee tickets. Annual plans renew only as described at checkout.
Prohibited conduct
No fraud, harassment, hate, exploitation, unsafe activity, impersonation, scraping, malware, false reviews, undisclosed conflicts, rights violations, or attempts to bypass security or payment systems.
Liability and disputes
Use the service at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and liability is limited. Local mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
