The listing journey

From idea to discoverable experience

  1. 1
    Choose an event listing

Select Standard, Enhanced, or Featured for this individual event. This is separate from annual vendor membership.

  2. 2
    Create your business profile

Add your story, specialties, service area, website, social links, portfolio, policies, and credentials.

  3. 3
    Build the shoot page

Enter the concept, schedule, venue, price, capacity, experience level, deliverables, vendor team, accessibility, and usage rights.

  4. 4
    Submit for review

We review category, images, required disclosures, working links, and basic listing completeness.

  5. 5
    Publish and respond

Your page goes live. Manage inquiries, update availability, and keep dates and policies current.

Per-event pricing

Styled-shoot event listings

Publish one styled shoot, content day, workshop, or retreat. You do not need to purchase a vendor directory membership.

Each price covers one event listing and does not renew annually. Pay securely with Stripe or PayPal after saving the event draft. Ticket purchases and the optional 1.5% marketplace ticket fee are separate.

Before you list

Does approval mean you endorse my business?

No. Approval confirms basic listing completeness and category fit. It is not a guarantee or endorsement of quality, safety, availability, licensing, or outcomes.

What agreements should I have?

Use written participant and vendor agreements addressing contributions, model releases, image licensing, credits, cancellation, weather, safety, delivery timelines, and payment terms.

Do I need a vendor membership?

No. An organizer account can purchase an individual event listing without joining the vendor directory. If you also operate a vendor business, both products can be managed under the same login.
